$355 million bond package coming?

The Dallas Morning News reports that the Irving City Council will likely call for a November 7 election on a $335 million bond package - the largest in city history. Of the projects included in the proposal listed by the Morning News, none seem frivilous to me:

• parks
• Texas Stadium redevelopment
• libraries
• fire services

I haven't seen the entire package, but I'm on board already.
